  • In a bowl add boiled & mashed potato, boiled & mashed egg, bread crumbs, corn flour, chicken powder, black pepper powder, carom seeds, mint leaves, coriander leaves, red chilli flakes, cumin seeds, salt mix well.
  • Grease your hands with oil take a mixture and shape donuts.(8-10)
  • Now first coat donuts in plain flour and dip into beaten egg then coat in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry on medium low flame until done.
  • Tasty Potato Donuts ready to serve with garlic mayo sauce & ketchup
